Angela founded MAR3.0 Consulting International, in March of 2008 under the name of Mar3.0 Consulting - Human and Organizational Development, offering consulting services and education management solutions for local and international organizations, such as Tigo Milicom and St. Jacks.
Angela’s unique, multicultural experience has enabled her to work across different disciplines and industries. Angela specializes in talent and performance management, with over 20 years in the field of strategic human resources, career planning, succession planning, change management, leadership development, cultural transformation, and the implementation of these strategies through people and quality management systems.
Her three level approach to the organizational culture sustainability model, integrated solutions to talent management, effective succession planning and development needs assessment make her a much sought after expert in her field.
Angela supports organizations in implementing uniquely designed tailor-made solutions that fit the context and culture of the business unit or client, with a proven track-record of delivering results the right way in a variety of industries.
Her experience comes from positions of responsibility at management level in companies such as Dell, Abbott Hospitals (now Hospira), Aeromantenimiento, Taca International Airlines (now Avianca-TACA), and Accenture, in Canada, the Dominican Republic and El Salvador.
Angela's academic achievements include an MBA from INCAE Business School in Costa Rica with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo, and a Human Resources Management Diploma from the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo.
A true believer of the importance of life-long learning, Angela has spent ample time in the classroom not only as a student, but also educating university students at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She has also lectured at the ISEADE (Higher Institute of Business Administration and ESEN (School of Economics and Business) of El Salvador.
She is also a founding member of MovingToAction, a family organization that provides cultural and educational solutions that support the development of global citizens and promotes skills in youth to build supportive, responsible and conscious leadership.

Alejandro is Founder and Chairman of the Council of Administration of Quality and Business FAIH, one of the leading consulting firms in Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems and Security and Occupational Health Systems in Mexico.
He has extensive experience in consulting services in Mexico and Central America, guiding such customers as BBVA Bancomer, Banamex, Unilever, Givaudan, Corinto Energy Company and Aeroman in successfully obtaining their ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 certifications.
Alejandro offers over 15 years of experience as a Consultant and Lead Auditor after having been certified by the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR). He has extensive experience in quality systems particularly in the successful implementation of Quality Management Systems, Environment, Food Safety and Industrial Security. He has also lead companies in different sectors and industries in preparation for their achievement of awards from national and international quality standards, such as National Quality Award from Mexico, Malcolm Baldrige Award from the U.S. and the European Quality Award. He has guided companies and organizations from different sectors, both public and private and foreign and domestic. He has also led several Project Teams consisting of Junior and Master Consultants.
His academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad del Valle of Mexico and a Masters in Business Administration from ITESM- Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Alejandro is recognized as an outstanding facilitator with a high capacity to convey complex concepts in a practical and jovial manner. This has allowed him to develop a comprehensive portfolio of seminars among which are: Internal Auditors ISO 9000 Seminar, Personal involvement with the Quality System ISO 9000 “Magic Circle” and Quality Systems: Implementation and Development of Documentation (Manuals and Procedures).
With over 15 years of experience in the launching of small and micro-businesses and a broad range of consumer products, Elda offers a unique combination of knowledge and experience in Strategic Human Resource Management.
With extensive experience in creating leadership development programs and coordinating events, Elda achieves excellence on every project by exceeding client expectations.
She is also the Executive Director of All People International, a Human Resource services consulting firm which offers a unique service that accompanies clients throughout the entire project cycle.
She specializes in competency based recruitment, life and executive coaching, job manual development and design, compensation system design, administration and payroll outsourcing.
Elda holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources granted by the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo and the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) from Spain and a Post-Graduate Degree in Management from the UTE. She is also a graduate of the Hotel Administration Program of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Gary offers over 25 years of Project Management and Human Resources related experience in both the high-tech and health care sectors. He currently acts as a management consultant to several start-up organizations through his consulting practice, MG Hamilton Consulting Services.
As a Project/Program Manager, Gary was the primary corporate liaison for customers and major vendors throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He has also established a track record for successfully creating, motivating and leading project-based teams. His strong interpersonal and decision-making skills have also enabled him to thrive within fast-paced and varied work environments.
Gary’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree (History & Political Science) from McGill University, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours, Business Administration) from the University of Windsor as well a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University.
Lourdes is Executive Director of Colocaciones, SRL and offers over 25 years of experience as Specialist and Manager in the area of Human Resources for such national and multinational companies such as Abbott Hospitals Ltd. (now Hospira), Zona Franca Isidro, Induveca Grupo SID, Unilever and Banco BDI.
She is recognized for her teaching at the Masters and Postgraduate level in prestigious Universities such as the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo, APEC University, UNIBE University and the University of the Third Age, including other Specialized Training Centers. She has developed and taught courses related to the area of Human Resources Management. Human Resources Strategic Management and Competency Based Recruitment & Selection.
Lourdes is a Clinical Psychologist by profession, graduated from the UNPHU, with high-level studies of Masters and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University INTEC. She is Certified in Competency based Selection from Martha Alles & Unilever Caribbean. Lourdes has managed to integrate her experience and knowledge in other areas of Human Resources through studies in different institutions in the U.S. (Chicago, Illinois), Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Panama, and Brazil, which allowed her to be exposed to a variety of cultures and practices.
She has also been the Public Relations Director of the Dominican Association of Human Resources Managers (ADOARH), playing an effective role publicizing programs and conferences. Lourdes is also renowned for her ease of expression and teaching to impart knowledge, which has enabled her to develop a portfolio of seminars, workshops and lectures related to Motivation, Attitude, Leadership and Human Resource Supervision.
